Review: “Milk Up”

Milk Up is a free book that you will be emailed a chapter once every other day or so. It has 14 chapters and takes about a month to read as most chapters a not long and the book is written in a way that it is easily read. It has all the same information as most other books about increasing your milk production, but it also has a diet section that gives you a meal “plan”. This diet isn’t for weight loss it is for milk increase. I personally eat the scrambled eggs recipe in a breakfast wrap. I give it 4 stars

Pump-n-pal breastpump shields

http://www.pumpinpal.com/html/about.htm
After trying pump-n-pal shields for about 2 weeks now I have desided that they are great to have around, but are not the only shield you would need. It is hard to do breast comprestion when useing these shields. So if it is important for you to massage and compress while pumping these may not be for you. If you are looking for a shield that you can use while sitting on the couch reading a book or watching T.V. these are great. Also, If you are one of those people (as I am) that pump while driveing to and from work or on car trips than I would highly suggest these. **** 4 out of 5 stars
